Key Objectives

Serve as the primary liaison between Invicta Software and its clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage inbound communications efficiently and professionally.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain a welcoming and organized virtual front desk environment.

Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously using virtual phone systems.
Respond to emails and online inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members as needed.
Maintain and update contact lists and client information databases.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.

Qualifications
