We are hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager to own client files from intake handoff through pre-litigation or resolution. You will be the link between clients, attorneys, and medical providers, keeping every case organized, documented, and moving forward.
If you have managed motor vehicle accident or personal injury cases and want more variety and more ownership in your day, this role is for you. You will also build real depth in medical records and treatment coordination, which opens a path into healthcare case management.
What You Will Do
- Manage a caseload of active personal injury cases from handoff to resolution
- Request, organize, and review medical records, bills, and treatment plans
- Be the main contact for clients, attorneys, and providers, with regular status updates
- Track treatment progress and verify insurance coverage, liens, and liability details
- Prepare clear case summaries and document packages for the team and legal counsel
- Keep case management software accurate and meet every filing deadline
What You Bring
- 2+ years managing personal injury or MVA cases (paralegal, legal assistant, or case manager background welcome)
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and lien verification
- Experience with confidential records and insurance correspondence (subrogation experience is a plus)
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Clear, professional communication with clients and attorneys
- Located in or able to commute daily to Greenville, SC
What We Offer
- $60,000 to $75,000 base salary
- Stable daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00
