REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✓ 2+ years as paralegal or legal assistant
✓ Proven personal injury litigation experience (mandatory)
✓ Discovery process management experience
✓ Legal calendaring and deadline knowledge
✓ BILINGUAL: English and Spanish (professional level)
✓ Strong written and verbal communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- U.S. personal injury law firm litigation experience
- California litigation cases experience (MAJOR PLUS)
- Experience with Clio, MyCase, Elevene
- Medical records review and lien tracking
- Paralegal certification or law degree
- Knowledge of U.S. court procedures
- Experience with remote time-tracking tools
