Providing administrative and operational support to the Legal department, the full-time Legal Operations Coordinator will manage contract administration, maintain compliance calendars, and handle records requests while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the setup, routing, tracking, and filing of contracts and agreements
- Maintain the department's compliance calendar and manage multi-state regulatory obligations
- Handle intake and logistics for employment records requests and subpoenas, ensuring timely responses
Required qualifications
- Experience in a legal, administrative, or operations coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills and a professional approach to confidential matters
- Demonstrated ability to identify and drive improvements independently
- Proficiency with contract management platforms and project management tools
