The Executive Assistant, under minimal supervision, is responsible to assist in the overall daily activities and provide support to assigned Executive Leader.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Represent the CEO and other Executive Leaders in a professional manner to all clients and staff
- Process accurately and timely all payroll for department including temporary employees
- Maintain management calendars and employee and client contacts through Outlook
- Make preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organize documents
- Keep accurate and timely records of all PTO requests- obtaining management approval as needed
- Act as liaison between CEO and other departments as needed
- Schedule annual reviews for all Executive Leaders, coordinating with Management schedule
- Set up interviews for all potential candidates
- Make travel arrangements as requested
- Process expense reports timely and accurately
- Manage administrative projects and other duties as assigned
- Arrange meetings and reserve and set up conference rooms/facilities for certain events
- Develop and maintain a filing system for various projects and functions
- Maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality with emphasis on discretion with proprietary information

Additional Skills and Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably to an Executive level. Minimum 3 years of senior level administrative support experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree preferred
- Ability to understand and demonstrate use of computer system, computer programs and office equipment as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; with above average Excel skills including ability to type a minimum of 30-35 wpm and proficiency in the use of a 10 key
- Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, generally with shift start times between 7:30-9:00 a.m., as determined by senior management
- Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by senior management

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on assignments on a consistent basis
- History of exhibiting sound judgment with strong level of honesty and discretion
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, lift a minimum of 5 pounds, file, stand, bend, reach and pull.
Compensation
- Annual Salary Range*: $83,500.00 - $125,000.00 per year
- Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
