Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are seeking a dedicated Billing Assistant to support a growing legal practice by ensuring billing processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining financial workflows, supporting attorneys and staff, and helping clients navigate billing matters with clarity and professionalism. Your day-to-day work will directly impact cash flow, client satisfaction, and internal operations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable balancing empathy with firm policies. If you thrive in a structured environment while taking ownership of your work, this role offers meaningful responsibility and long-term impact.
• Compensation Range: 1142 USD to 1220 USD
