Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are seeking a Legal Assistant to provide essential administrative and organizational support to attorneys and paralegals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoys managing details, and takes pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining case files, preparing documents, and coordinating communications with courts and clients. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, professional, and collaborative, with a strong ability to balance multiple priorities while supporting the legal team’s productivity.
Salary Range: 1150 USD to 1220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
•Experience working as a legal assistant
•2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills
•Experience with project management tasks is highly appreciated
•Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or relevant professional certification preferred
•Software: Clio Grow, Clio Manage, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, Zoom, and GoTo Meeting
