Job Duck is seeking a Receptionist to join a client-focused family law firm in Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the first point of contact, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients. As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys and staff, ensuring smooth scheduling, and maintaining clear communication with clients. • Salary Range: 1015 USD to 1100 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
•2-3 years of experience working as a Receptionist or Front Desk person.
•Legal background is highly appreciated.
•Software: Microsoft Office, scheduling tools.
