Job Description:
As a Personal Injury Case Manager at Job Duck, you will be at the center of fast paced, high impact personal injury matters, ensuring every case is organized, every deadline is met, and every client feels supported. This role is ideal for someone with hands on PI experience who understands the urgency, precision, and empathy required when working with injured clients and complex claims. You will manage critical documentation, medical records, insurance communications, and attorney calendars while serving as a reliable point of contact throughout the life of each case. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate next steps will directly influence case momentum and client satisfaction. If you thrive in a structured legal environment where your work truly makes a difference, this role offers both challenge and purpose.
• Salary Range: $1,220 to $1,320 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Open and manage insurance claims including bodily injury, medical payments, uninsured and underinsured motorist, and premises liability claims
Schedule meetings, depositions, mediations, medical examinations, and court events

Additional Details
• Full time Case Manager position supporting personal injury matters
• Required experience of 1 to 2 years in a legal or case management role
• Proficiency with Filevine case management system is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro for assembling and managing documents
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a fully remote environment
