Job Description:
We are looking for a professional, compassionate, and highly organized Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression, gathering essential case information, and ensuring callers are properly vetted and scheduled with the appropriate team members.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00AM to 05:00PM MST (Arizona Time Zone)
Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD

Requirements:
- Previous experience in intake, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent listening, note‑taking, and information‑gathering skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional phone etiquette and a calm, patient demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM or case management systems is a plus.
