Job Description:
Join Job Duck as a Legal Intake Administrator and play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience from the very first interaction. In this position, you will manage initial phone calls, evaluate potential cases, and guide clients through the intake process with professionalism and care. Your ability to organize, analyze, and communicate effectively will ensure that only qualified cases move forward, supporting the success of the legal team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values accuracy and client service.
• Salary Range: $1,150 to $1,220 USD
