Support team members with various administrative tasks as required. Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion. Use communication and project management tools to facilitate collaboration.

Requirements

Requirements Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello) is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience supporting executives or teams remotely is advantageous. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management is a plus.
