What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound calls — booking, rescheduling, follow-ups, the works
Manage scheduling and route coordination for our field techs
Keep customer records and service notes clean and up to date
Be the friendly, calm voice customers hear when something needs sorting out
Support the team with whatever admin fires need putting out that day

What You Bring

Strong communication skills — phone, email, in-person, all of it
Comfort with scheduling software and general office tools
The ability to multitask without dropping the ball
A calm, solutions-first attitude under pressure
Experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus, not a requirement
